Summary Tools

Explore the different types of summary tools, from multi-page reports to 1-page images.

How To Produce a 1-Page Summary

  1. On the left-hand side of the map, you'll see the legend with a tab labelled "Summary Tool"

  2. Keep clicking into the area you wish to produce a summary. Areas highlighted blue are areas where there is enough intactness to produce a summary.

  3. Most large water bodies will auto-generate the zone around it when clicked on the area

  4. On the right-hand side of the map, you'll see a function to "Change to Draw Mode" where you create your own defined area using polygon drawing feature, by clicking on the square box icon. You can then name the summary.

  5. Either way of selecting an area, simply click "Create Report" and a summary will be automatically generated clearly showing what percentage of High to Very Low riparian intactness in that area.

  6. The map image can be zoomed in/out, and the entire summary exported as a jpeg.
